Who we are:

We are an educational association for professional photographers -- the Buffalo-Niagara Professional Photographers' Society of New York State, Inc., also known as the Buffalo-Niagara Professional Photographers. We are one of eleven local sections affiliated with the Professional Photographers' Society of New York State, Inc. We are also affiliated with the Professional Photographers of America, Inc. We serve professional photographers in the Buffalo-Niagara region as well as nearby Ontario, Canada.

Our site's mission is:

To assist those requiring photographic services for family, child, high school senior, business, executive and other portraits, for those planning weddings, events, commercial photography, and video, who are looking for information and a directory of Buffalo area professional photographers and nearby Ontario, Canada.

To provide information and news about our association to our members, and also to prospective members, as well as college students in accredited photography programs that are interested in joining.

To foster, promote and to encourage the exchange of knowledge and education in the practice of photography, as an art and science, guided by a code of ethics.
